He is a restaurateur and entrepreneur with a commitment to quality. That pledge is evident in his newly designed menu. With a Cajun flair, Tailgaters offers Wings and Burgers as well as Filet Mignon and Lobster Bisque. Add the full liquor bar and you are guaranteed there is something for everyone in your party on the menu.

The staff at Tailgaters are equally committed. Manager and former featured bartender in BackStage Pass Magazine, Holly Gaylor has made a commitment to the excellence of Tailgaters for the past several years and comments that "Mr. Rabeaux treats his staff more then fair.
